Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your wedding decor; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original Ling's Moment packaging, ensuring all delicate floral arrangements are protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
